Pre-Booking Info
- We have a 1 extra guest limit, this also applies to only 1 kid with you during our appointment if you need to bring them. They cannot need constant attention and they need to be able to entertain themselves. We provide small toys.
- This is a LGBTQ+ friendly environment, you have access to our gender neutral bathroom; as well as a safe space and judgment free zone. Feel free to put your desired pronouns on your client consultation form!
- We do not work over other peoples work.
- We do not accept anything but MONEY payments. (cash or card).
- If you make an appointment and you are attempting to do any listed things I do not offer, you will be charged 50% of your service and will be asked to leave.
- ‼️Before you walk out of my shop, if you have any issues with your nails, it is your responsibility to speak up for your tech to fix them. Once you walk out and did not communicate any issues, it is no longer our responsibility, and you will be charged if you want anything fixed.‼️
- Client Consultation Form: If you incorrectly fill out any information on the client consultation form, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to start over. You must fill out a client consultation form for every appointment, that way if you change residence, have new emergency contact, etc.; your tech is informed of it. The client consultation form is for yours and our safety to ensure you receive the best care possible.
- Booking site: A card is required to be held on file to make an appointment. This is to ensure your tech can still get paid for their job if you decide to no show or cancel last minute.
- Rescheduling: You must reschedule prior to 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service in order to reschedule. If you reschedule more than twice in a row you will be charged 50% of the service before being able to rebook a 3rd time.
- Late fees: 10 Minute grace period, 10-15 minutes late a $15 late fee will be added to your total. Any time after 15 minutes you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of your service in order to reschedule. This is to ensure the techs time was not wasted to ensure we still get paid for the job we came to work to do.
- No showing: You will be charged 100% of the service you did not show up for before being able to rebook again.
- Dues: If we are not able to charge your card, we will keep a record of your dues before you can reschedule again. If we find you are attempting to make multiple profiles you will be blacklisted and refused service.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any service. We will offer to fix any issues you had for free within 5 days after your last appointment. After 5 days you will have to pay for the service again to have anything fixed.
